Which homes do you manage?
Mainly villas, large homes and owners with several properties on the coast, in Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp, the Westhoek and Wallonia. Not sure whether your home is a fit? We are happy to look at it together.
Can I still use my home myself?
Yes. You block your own stays in the calendar yourself. We take them into account in the planning and the prices.
Who pays for cleaning?
The guest pays a cleaning fee per stay. It covers the cleaning, and the linen when we supply it. We look at this for each home.
When do I receive my money?
Every month you receive a statement per property, showing the revenue, our fee, every cost and the amount you receive. If you do not receive the rental income yourself, it runs through a third-party client account and the payout follows within the first ten working days of the month.
Is it better to let in my own name or through a company?
That depends on your situation. We set out the options and discuss them with your accountant. The tax advice itself comes from your accountant.
