Before you start
Wallonia has different rules from Flanders. You declare tourist lettings to the Commissariat général au Tourisme (CGT), the Walloon tourism authority. You also need a fire safety certificate and suitable insurance, and some municipalities set their own conditions. During onboarding we check what applies to your home.
