A smart lock with a temporary code for each stay. No key handovers, and you know who was inside and when.
Cleaning and linen
Our own team, a fixed checklist per home and a photo check after every clean. We supply bed and bath linen where that suits, or we work with your own linen.
Maintenance and damage
We report problems straight away, with photos. Trusted tradespeople carry out repairs. We follow up damage with the guest and the platform.
Statement and structure
A monthly statement per property and invoices via Peppol. We help you think through the right rental structure, together with your accountant.
