A second home on the coast or a flat in Ghent or Antwerp is wonderful, until months go by without you getting there. We visit every month and let you know how your home is doing.

The price depends on the size of the home, the garden and the distance. Request arrival preparation at least 72 hours ahead; it cannot be carried over to the next month.

Minimum term of 3 months, then cancellable monthly.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to let my home through YourDomi?

No. Home watch is entirely separate from letting. Your home stays yours, for your own use or empty, and we keep an eye on it.

Which regions do you cover?

The Belgian coast, Ghent and Antwerp. Not sure whether your home is in our area? Just ask us.

What if something is wrong?

We call you the same day. Small repairs are handled by our regular tradespeople once you agree. On the Watch plan we charge a €25 arrangement fee; on the Care plan it is included and handled with priority.

How long does the contract run?

At least 3 months. After that it can be cancelled monthly.
