Knokke-Heist and Het Zoute
The most exclusive seaside resort in the country. Villas, golf, galleries and the Zwin nature reserve attract guests who expect quality and pay for it.
From Blankenberge to Ostend
The middle of the coast. De Haan with its Belle Époque villas, Ostend with its promenade, its museums and a city life that runs all year. Blankenberge draws families and groups.
From Nieuwpoort to De Panne
Wide beaches, dunes and nature reserves. Koksijde and De Panne are popular with families and with guests from France and Germany.

Families in summer and during school holidays. Couples, golfers and cyclists in spring and autumn. Many guests come from the Netherlands, Germany and France and book the summer well in advance.

Prices by the day
Prices are highest in July, August and the school holidays. We follow demand day by day and adjust the price and minimum stay.

Changeovers on busy days
In season, many guests leave and arrive on the same day. Our cleaning team plans those changeovers in advance, with a fixed checklist per home.

Sand, salt and wind
By the sea, terraces, windows and garden furniture need more care. We report wear in good time and with photos, so small repairs stay small.

Outside the season
In winter we focus on weekends, couples and longer stays. That way your home keeps earning outside the summer too.

Your own weeks by the sea
You block the periods when you use the home yourself. We plan the rest of the year around them.
Before you start
Some coastal municipalities have their own rules for tourist lettings. During onboarding we check what applies to your home. You also need a registration with Toerisme Vlaanderen (the Flemish tourism authority), a fire safety certificate and suitable insurance.
