Letting your home in De Panne, Koksijde and Nieuwpoort.

YourDomi manages villas and flats on the west coast, in De Panne, Koksijde and Nieuwpoort. We take over guest communication, pricing strategy and listings, and our own team does the cleaning. Each municipality has its own rules; we check them before you invest.

Wide beaches, dunes and nature reserves. The west coast is popular with families and with guests from France and Germany, and the Westhoek starts just behind the dunes.

What we do for your home on the west coast.

Villas in the dunes

Spacious homes with a garden draw families and groups. We adapt house rules and cleaning to larger groups.

Flats by the sea

We set price and minimum stay day by day, around the season and the Belgian, French and German school holidays.

In the guest's language

Many guests speak French or German. We reply in their language, from the first question until after check-out.

Local rules

The rules differ per municipality. In De Panne, every holiday home needs an environmental permit and a registration, with a maximum of 12 beds. New holiday homes are only possible in the zones the municipality designates. In Koksijde, an environmental permit is needed as soon as you let for more than four periods of 30 consecutive days a year. Nieuwpoort levies an annual accommodation tax; we found no specific local permit there. De Panne and Koksijde also levy an annual tax. Always check the current rules with your municipality.
